The problem
An ordinary admin shell answers the dangerous question "let an administrator run whatever they type". The safe question goes unanswered: let an authorised administrator perform a specific, pre-approved administrative action on this node, and prove afterward exactly what happened and who allowed it.
What you get
A local-first administrative console whose every capability is a named Rust enum variant that existed at compile time, was code-reviewed and is individually gated by policy — never an arbitrary string the program interprets.
