the system we built
Supreme Building Services
Finding the work, pricing it off the drawing, and getting a real quote back out — as one system rather than three separate scrambles.
Running live
What it runs
Finding the work
Tenders surfaced against what this contractor actually does — groundworks, new build, fit-out, aggregates — instead of a portal that has to be trawled by hand.
Pricing it
Quantities taken off the drawing, so a bill of quantities exists in the time it used to take to decide whether the job was worth quoting for.
Winning it
An itemised quote that goes out while the enquiry is still warm, rather than a week later when someone found an evening for it.
How it runs
- The drawing or the photos arrive — whatever the client actually has.
- Quantities come off the drawing automatically.
- An estimator confirms them. The machine does not price a job on its own.
- A clear, itemised quote goes back out.
Why an estimator is still in it. Taking quantities off a drawing is arithmetic and a machine is faster at it. Deciding whether the drawing is telling the truth about the site is not, and a price that leaves the building without a human behind it is how a contractor loses money on a job they won.
This is what we can build here. Supreme Building Services is one business's operating layer, shaped around how that business actually wins work. If yours runs on spreadsheets, a CRM nobody updates, or three systems that do not talk to each other, that is the same job.
